If you would like to exchange or return an item please email email@example.com and a member of the customer service team will get back to you within 24 hours with a shipping label.
Exchanges: Exchanges for non-damaged and unused items are valid for 30 days from purchase date. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and the reason for your exchange and a member will get back to you within 24 hours with further details.
Returns: You may return unused and non-damaged items within 7 days of purchase date for a full refund. All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping fee that you paid on the order. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error such as, if you have received an incorrect item or an item with a manufacturer defect, etc. If there is any issue with your order items please contact email@example.com and a member will get back to you within 24 hours with your refund details and instructions for how to return items for you order.
Can I return/exchange an item after using it?
In order to qualify for a return the items should be in its original packaging and condition. However if after trying the product you are not happy with it you have 7 days to return the item in its original package with a full refund or 30 days from date of purchase for an exchange.
How do I return an item for exchange or refund?
Return labels will be emailed to you upon confirmation of the return via email. Then you may ship it back to us and then you will receive an email confirming your refund or exchange details.
How long does it take to get my refund back?
Refunds will be made once items are received in its original condition and then the refund will be deposited to the account the original payment was made from. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be deposited into your account.
Are there any fees if I want to exchange an item?
Unfortunately exchanges that are required to be shipped will have an additional shipping charge of $20.00. But why pay when you can come visit us at our location and pick it up for free!
